With that said this location is very clean, new quality food, and convenient location. However it is by far the slowest I have ever been to. Keep in mind I am not writing this after one poor experience. I have given this location multiple chances. Every time it's at least a 20 minute ordeal. The way this place is run is terrible. They take 1-3 orders then every employee works on those 1-3 orders. When those orders are complete, repeat. WHAT?!? I'm not restaruarnt manager but why not have one person dedicated to register and donut orders. One person or more dedicated to coffee and the other employee(s) dedicated to oven/kitchen. Keep the flow going. Either way today was my last visit to this location. It's faster for me to drive couple miles down the road to mcdonalds or Burger King.November 25, 2016
